This isn't much of an issue since it isn't a mod, but it is a bit tedious having to delete each backup every time I clean something. As the title suggestions, every time I clean plugins using TES5Edit, more and more backups end up being created and placed into mod organizer's overwrite folder. Mod Organizer 2 keeps putting TES5Edit backups into Overwrite folder.
